No idea if they would fit.

You can always purchase them and after you have the lights out of the Kodiak see if they fit. Wiring is no problem as long as you have the old wiring and new connectors going to the lights.

The part numbers for the Rino and Kodiak are different numbers but with some fitting they may work.

If you get them and they do work let us know.

Then if they don't fit send them back for a refund.

 

So I couldn’t find a wiring diagram for the Kawasaki lights but the black wire is ground and the white and yellow is high or low beam. You would have to test what ones what. So one way to make it work you would most likely have to cut the factory plugs of the Kawasaki lights and kodiak lights leaving pig tails on both and solder with heat shrink or use a waterproof heat shrink crimp the kodiak plug wires to the correct led light wires . Plug factory plug back in and good to go

 

So I've tinkered around with my lights quite a bit looking at possible ways to upgrade I have a set of four and a half inch LEDs to go in at right now hopefully they may go in this week since these are my days off from work but I've got a project list for the bike a mile long. Looking at your picture you posted those Amazon lights they're definitely the right size four and a half inch is perfect the pizza Kodiak opening the mounting on those lights also almost looks ideal for the weather Kodiak lights mount. So you may get lucky there. As far as the wiring goes is very simple your best bet is the jump on Amazon when you order those lights, go ahead and order a sap of 3 pin waterproof connectors they are very expensive and they actually look very similar to the plug that is on those lights do you make it lucky and only have to change the end on the Kodiak which is what I did when I upgraded to a set of HIDs

You are 100% right. The oem setup is ancient. Can't believe they still use the old baonet style bulbs. Really need to jump up to the 9000/h series lights, or better yet led like the grizzly.

I'm doing different headlights totally. There isn't a led bulb that fits that well give great output, they just look nice.
I'm currently running a set of hids. But retrofitting a set of round led pods soon

@James Banks Yes, per what CK700 said, only changing to LED bulbs in a housing made for incandescent bulbs will result in poorly focused light output. They may appear bright when you are looking directly at them but the light output will be scattered and just not quality lighting for riding at night. If you're looking to improve lighting, LED bars/pods or full replacement of the headlight housings with LED pods like what this thread is about is the way to go. Most go the easier, less expensive route and just add LED bars/pods to the existing lighting.

Would be nice to know if @Hunterdenton07 ever purchased the linked lights and if they fit or not.

[/QUOTE]Ive modded in a set of hids into my stock lower lights, I have a set of LEDs here to attempt to retrofit in, they will require a fair bit of work and I'll still be left with only one beam not hi/low function.
The lights you posted may fit, at 4.5" diameter, it's getting tight and you will need to custom fabricate a mounting bracket to fit the Kodiak. That's part of the reason I say 4.5" is tight. It fits the front opening almost perfect, but leaves very little working space in behind for the mounting bracket and fasteners and tools to attach the fasteners.

Yamaha never will, but there should be a aftermarket company that would depending on the market to do so.

A lot of headache to deal with when there are nice compact and bright lightbars available.

 

Not everyone wants a light bar though, myself for example, I first tried a double row bar across the top of the rack, and under the rack. Hated the look, and when I'm top it was in the way of my rotopak fuel can. I then tried my single row bar that is going on my truck grill, again, i just don't like the look. I just find they don't blend in well in the front of the bike. Tried my rigid dually floods, not too bad, but they too are going on the truck. Then I remembered my rigid ignites I had bought for the jeep renegade trailhawk, they are very compact. They blend in great, barely noticeable unless they are on.
Next will be a complete retro fit build led round pods.
