I pulled all 4 of the grease fittings out and put in ones that have a 45 angle.

Then for my grease gun I picked up a locking tip. Makes things a lot easier.

I 've found that jacking up the rear of the Kodi so the suspension is fully extended allows for the top zerks to be greased cleanly. I do have a power grease gun with a 24" whip which makes it easier.
This does not work on the wider Grizzlies so I installed 45° zerks. Top and bottom.

 

Hey All. I've always had trouble getting the top knuckle fitting to take grease. I can eventually get enough in but I waste so much that pushes out between the fitting and collar. I've removed the fittings and they are not clogged. I think my issue is I can't get a good angle due to the boot on the axle. I ordered this $12 90 degree adaptor hoping it will help. If it doesn't I guess I'll just return it and try something else. Anyone else have this problem?

I tried it out today and it worked perfectly!

 

I changed mine and put a 90 grease fitting instead of a 45

 

Seems to be an issue with cars as well. Always the top ones. I take the fitting out and some penetrant to loosen anything clogged, let it sit hit it again, new fittings and grease.
