That is very interesting, I have had that issue with my 4x4 switch, and the dealer would not fix it under warranty as he said it was not happening at the dealership. It is intermittent and I think it has something to do with humidity, so glad to hear there is a TSB on in now.

This solution is about dielectric grease, a different product than most grease. Dielectric grease is a great product for this type of use, but regular grease is not a good option for most situations. Look up Dielectric Grease for clarification.

Thanks, Im familiar with dielectric grease. My question was about taking all electrical connections loose and greasing them. Do you do it?

99 percent of electrical connections are fine left alone. If you operate in high moisture conditions, that might make the difference.
