The quad has no spark but I checked all the wire harness the kill switch works the CDI is new from RMSTATOR new ignition coil and new magneto but the pickup coil fails resistance test should I buy a new one or is there another underlying issues. I have done a few checks on wires and fuses to make sure they’re okay but it seems to come back to the pickup coil. There is also a problem with the reverse safety sensor. Any help would be appreciated

Here is a list of what to check for a starting problem.

What do you mean by the reverse safety sensor? I had a 2000 Kodiak 400 and never heard of that. Are you talking about the lock out where you need to apply the foot brake so that you can shift into park and reverse?

There is a sensor that makes sure the quad isn’t in reverse that sensor is wore out and if plugged in will stop the spark
