As for your first question, there really isn't a place to ask for parts.

Have you tried Ebay. I know that there are a number of dismantlers that will take one apart and then sell the parts individually.

Try Powersports Nation website. They sell used atv parts.

Personally, i wouldn't buy used motor parts unless it was a face to face transaction and they'd still have to be cheap.
