Is it possible to switch the throttle from the right to the left side of the handle bars?

It is possible but I don't think you can do it with the stock ones. You'll need to get a new set of left hand throttle.

And then there is the rewiring. You need to know how to do that properly or hire someone to install it for you.

Right hand - Front Brakes
Left hand - Throttle, Rear Brakes.
