Hey guys.

My buddies 2016 Kodiak 700, seems to have a small bit of diff fluid coming out of one of the axles.

We only had time to glance at it yesterday afternoon, and take a couple pics.

When we changed fluid. We used the recommended fluid for the job per manual

Anybody have an idea on what may be leaking and what it may take to repair this leak?

Seems like driver side is the issue. Im hoping someone has been down this road already.

1st. Just a pic of fluid on the skid plate

2nd. Driver side. Shows fluid around the axle input

3rd. shows passenger side dry. And a little fluid on the axle coming to the front diff

Sure looks like a leak. No big deal. Pull the axle and replaced the seal. Nothing difficult.

Mine has that same issue, but since it does not drip, I have ignored it. My current on is a 2018, and for the record my 2016 also did this.

The hardest thing to do to replace the seal is getting the axle out.

501 Parts a vendor on here has a good one where he is installing a locking diff but the axles have to come out to do that, the first part is pulling the axle.

Last time I pulled the axle. I slammed it into my shin and left a "forever" scar haha
