There’s a threaded rod with double jam nuts on both ends you can adjust . Runs from shifter to trans , Also when in park try rocking your machine to engage it fully .

It goes into park ok just no indicator light. I'll check the switch.
What happens is the rod will get out of adjustment just enough to not fully engage to turn the light on , that’s why I suggested rocking the machine .

Mine never worked. I just leave in neutral or if in park just squeeze the brake lever. I never worried about it..
