My Plow Setup

I can go more into the installation later but wanted to share a picture of the final product.

Warn Provantage 60 inch blade PN: 78960
Warn Provantage Front mount: PN: 95745
Warn Plow Base for use with front plow mounting kits. PN: 92100
KFI 3000lb winch: A3000 ATV Series

The KFI winch works for the Warn plow mounting system. I did not need to alter any of the setup.

Warn instructions are maddening but made it through in a few hours. If I had to do it again probably take about an hour or so to complete.

Just so it is stated. If you purchase from Warn make sure you follow their configuration path. If you buy a Provantage mount buy a Provantage blade. The Standard and the Provantage cannot be mixed. I had a standard blade and the Provantage mount is about an inch and half to wide for the mounting brackets on the plow.

Nixon47, I bought my Cyclecountry plow and mount as a package order from motox.com, and I also have a KFI winch but I think mine is 2500#. I hope I don't have to put the blade on this winter. I used to really like snow but as I get older I don't get the joy of having to deal with it that I did in years past. I am just past my puppy days and entering in the golden years (?). Did your mount have a place to attach the solenoid? When my blade came it had mount with it then the next day another package arrived which had a different mount that offered a place to put the solenoid. I really didn't relish the idea of trying to find a place to put the solenoid and then have to string more wires through the machine, UGH.
That sure is a nice looking blade you have there...

Den, When I installed the KFI winch I had no clue that the plows and mounts would be vendor specific. When I installed the plow mount it fit perfectly with the KFI winch mount. I did not have to move the solenoid at all. I was pretty lucky because I did look up that specific issue because I was not sure that out of the box it was going to work. Turns out that KFI makes their mounts to work with other blade manufacturers.

This link should show you if it will work with the Cyclecountry.

I went with the factory Yamaha 54" plow and front mount. Works quite well.
