I would like to run 27-9-12 all the way around on my wheeler will rim width make a big difference its a 14 grizzly with stock rims i do have 2 inch wheel spacers

Yes the wheel width difference from 6" front and 7.5" rears does matter and will effect the overall tire height. Also the wide rears rims will significantly reduce your rim edge protection

I run 26x 9" PitBull Growler all around and LOVE IT, but baught another set of front 12x6" wide wheels, (only cost 50$!) to maintain proper tire profiles all around

I believe the new grizzly special edition runs 10" wide All around. That's probably where I'd lean.

Yes but pretty sure that Grizzly has 14” wheels
