I love Yamahas sprag clutch. Never have to turn it on or off..its just there. Works great too. Polaris you have to turn it on. Not good. And the automatic centrifugal clutch is years ahead of the flyweight clutch.
Love the sprag clutch as well. I had @ 250 pound trailer carrying @ 50lbs of rifles and shotguns, 2 of my bros, plus myself on the wheeler, and we went down a steep hill on a trail and never had to touch the brakes. Also, rode on another trail the other day, had the trailer but no bros, but had rifles, went down 2 more hills, one was less steep, but way longer, the other hill was long and steep, performed very good, never had to touch the brakes. I was in low range and it worked great. I did both holds in High range and it worked well too.
Was a bit faster but that's to be expected in high range. Love it either way.
