Could anyone please take a tape measure to the bottom of their footwell and just give me the rectangular length and width. I outlined the area. I have access to 3/16th in. aluminum and just need basic dimensions, I’m going to make two skids. Thank you guys

Don't you have your own Kodiak?

It'll be tomorrow before I'm around mine

I do. ‘21 eps. I just keep it stored around 30min away and won’t be down my garage until this weekend. I have new footwells ordered, after 1000 miles all that’s left of my originals are pretty much just the foot pegs. I have a machinist friend that can cut me plates for free sometime this week while he’s at work.
The bottom of the footwells are not even close to being rectangular, wider at one end and then rounded on the corners. I know this as I made protection for the bottom of my Grizzly footwells (exact same part BTW) out of 1/4" HDPE plastic sheet and needed to remove the footwells to trace a pattern and also trace the foot peg holes for attachment. That should really be what you do as you don't want the protection "hanging over" in areas to catch on something, like tires or branches/roots.
