My new 700 setting next to my 400 does not look to much wider. Have not measured .
Kodiak 400/450
Is the 400/450 Kodiak gone forever? I have a 2000 400 Kodiak that I want to replace but I feel the 700 may be too big for me. By that I mean it may not fit through the walk gate in my yard and the normal day to day idling jobs that I do. The power may be useful but I haven't needed it in the past. If I have to buy the 700 I will but I've been waiting for the 450 to come back. Any chance of that happening or should I just bite the bullet and buy the 700? Thanks

You can try measuring your yard gate and see if the kodiak 700 will fit. The width provided by the yamaha site was 1180 mm (46.5").
