Mile to empty,
The first went to a shop for repair estimate (it had rolled into a volcanic crater north of Flagstaff Az) it was totaled as the repair cost was more than the used value of the quad they paid me OK but wanted way to much for me to buy back the wreck. The second was washed down stream in a flooded creek crossing... the adjuster called and just asked for pictures and then asked me to film the oil draining (which was all water in the crankcase). they paid good on that one as it was only one year old at the time.....

I've got my 16 Kodiak 700 insured with Farm Bureau for about 120 a year. I've got an older Honda and Polaris insured with Progressive for about $20/month (that's for both of them). The Progressive policy has a $500 deductible that reduces 25% per year there are no claims. It also has a disability policy for accidental injury that happens on the ATV.

The Farm Bureau policy does have a higher deductible ($1000?) and no disability coverage.
