Question?
Kodiak 450 64 hrs 120 Mike's.
Stored indoors on my farm.
Dead battery replaced now.
Bike cranks won't start.
Checked small fuse box and 2 fuses on solenoid
All good so is 40 amp bigger fuse.
I almost swear you normally used to heat a fuel pump noise but not sure.
Dash lights up like normal and lights come on.

Have you checked for voltage to the pump?

I won't be near my manual until tomorrow to help any more

No sir gonna get a test light tomorrow but I have a voltage meter.
I don't have a diagram of the location where it is but Im at the farm with the machine..
When you flip the key you should hear the fuel pump kick in and pressurize the system.
I believe that the pump connection is at the front of the fuel tank with the pump inside the tank

I'm for sure NOT hearing that sir.
Here are some pages on the fuel pump and tank on the 450

Thanks guys
Checked battery and fuses again.
Cranks and I think I do hear sound which sounds like electric fuel pump energized?
Is there an inline fuse in the circuit?
The only fuse that would be on the fuel pump will be the one in the fuse box. Check your owners manual for the location of it.
I'm tracking...
I have triple checked all the small fuses
Plus the 2 on the switch with positive negative terminal
The 40amp one looks ok too from what I can tell.
Bike has brand new battery also.
Here is a list of what to look at when you have a starting problem

Some 2019/2020 450s got sketchy fuel pumps. We had same problem. Dealer replaced it under warranty (even though the warranty had expired) yamaha is aware of the issue. If your dealer is not tell them there is a tech bulletin on it and to check with corporate. Good luck!
I don't know ! but maybe in 10L0L you can find you want accessories ! thanks !
