2005 Yamaha Kodiak 400. Got stuck in the snow. When rocking back and forth reverse gear over a certain rpm starts too crap out. I have heard that their is a govenor of some sort. It is there so you cant go to fast in reverse. I can't seem too find any info on this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can disable the reverse sensor. You'll lose the "R" indicator light when you put it in reverse but also no more engine speed governor when you're in reverse.
