Hello, I have a 2003 Kodiak 450 that has the fuel gauge on the top of the tank. Can barely read it due to the clear plastic being faded. Anyone here have this same issue..? Or know a way to repair? Thanks
I looked at my old manual for my 2000 which had the same kind of fuel gauge but it didn't show anything on how to take it off.
I presume that the plastic top and metal ring will just pop off if you pry on it a little with a screwdriver but that is just a guess. I am also guessing that the whole assembly unscrews to get it out.
