Anybody know what size socket fits the castle nut on the front axle of my kodiak 700?
My atv is at a friends out of town . I'm trying to get the tools needed so I have everything with me when I go to change the bearing and ball joints.

I can't remember the size, I have a large set of sockets that I just pull out to work on it.

You'll also need a punch to knock the dent that they put on it to hold it in place and to put the dent back in when you are finished

Buy a cheap digital caliper first and you can measure everything...

I found the size of the nut and it is 27mm

You can get by using a 1 1/8" socket.
