The amazing folks at EPI developed and installed a utility clutch kit for my Kodiak 700 SE, recently. I have put over 200 miles on it, and greatly enjoy the night and day increase in acceleration that the kit provided. Before the kit, the little bear was quite sluggish on acceleration... Now, she performs like a sport quad.

I highly recommend the EPI clutch kit, if you'd like to get Grizzly (and beyond) performance out of your Kodiak.

My EHS Racing Tuner and Slip On have arrived, today. Hopefully, I will gain an equal experience with this kit. Details to follow!

I actually called them and brought my SE to them. They used my machine to develop and test a kit for the Kodiak, based off their Griz set up. Call EPI and ask to speak to Chad. Their number is 218-829-6036. Tell them that you want the same kit that John has on his Kodiak SE. :) I think the kit is about $200. Well worth it!

I noticed on their site they only have up to 2016 listed so far. Does anybody know if the 2016 kits would work on the 2017 models? I'm looking at the mudder kit though? Any insight as to the major difference in the mudder kit and the sport utility kit? Any insight is greatly appreciated

Exact same bike. No changes except colours and stickers.

Did you install your kit yourself? How difficult was it? Want to do mine?:grin2:Also did you change the the clutch weights to match the grizzly weights?
