Haven't seen an up-close look at the controls on the Kodiak 700 especially when it comes to selecting between 2WD an 4WD modes, so here it is:

How would you change it from 2WD to 4WD? Would you simply press down on the lever?

I assume that switch at the bottom can simply be turned on or off.

You move the switch lever about 180 degrees to the left to put the machine in 4wd.

Too bad Yamaha didn't set the On-Command system as a standard for the Kodiak 700. It's so much easier to push a button than to pull a lever abut it's only available on the special edition.
