Hello,

just picked up a new 2020 Kodiak 700 EPS 5 days ago and I am noticing two issues with the panels:

1 - the panel that covers the electrical that is partially under the front rack does not seat all the way down (it’s almost as if it won’t hold itself down in the front rubber grommets)

2- the handlebar headlight paneling does not seat up to the headlight... it’s as if there is a big gap between the paneling under the handle bar light and the paneling is covering a lot of the top of the light... is this normal?

I can't say about the headlight but the cover for the electrical should fit fairly nice.

I had a problem with mine on the first long trip that I took, it came loose and blew off, I caught it as I was cruising down the freeway at 75mph.

I fixed it by installing a couple of jack nuts and a thumb screw to hold it down.

You can see the thumb screw in the corner of the lid in this picture
