2020 kodiak 450 eps woman had it out ran fine took it home parked it. I went out started it just to move it out of the way no issues. 3 days later went to start rolls over perfect but nothing, turn the key doesn’t make that prime sound that buzz or how ever you would explain it when you turn the key. Checked battery and first was running nine, turned the heat on in the barn went back out reading 11 flashing twelve, im at a loss. Grounds? Fuse? Relay? Barley over 1000km machine is very well taken care of and not driven much. Use it to plow often home but don’t get out as much as I’d like to in the fall, spring or summer.

Battery. If you're plowing with it using your winch, you really should keep it on a battery tender as you are not running the Kodiak long enough to fully charge your battery. Especially if you're running the lights as well while plowing. Chances are your battery is bad and unfortunately, that is on you and not a fault of the machine.

You need to sort out if the battery needs to be replaced first. Battery voltage tests are not going to be sufficient here, take the battery out and fully charge it. Then take it to an auto-parts store or somewhere like walmart and have them load test the battery. Once you have a good battery, you can take a voltage reading while the ATV is running. You should be somewhere in the low to mid-13 volts at idle and then in the low 14 volts with some throttle. If those are your readings then the stator and rectifier can be assumed to be working as designed.
