If you want to save a bit of money on a new Kodiak 700 you may want to pay a visit to Costco if you can't find any good deals. They're having a $300 off sale and it includes the Kodiak series, not sure if the 700 is included in the sale but it doesn't hurt to check.

The only issue is that you can't bargain for more after the $300 discount. If you can bring the costco price after the reduction to your local dealership maybe you can try price matching or getting a bit more off your Kodiak.

Now that the colder season is almost here, dealerships may lower the price because less ATV units are sold during this time. Buyers may be able to get the Kodiak 700 at a lower price than before.
It actually might be smart to not do that at all, instead wait till they ask for a deal. Especially as there still are going to be those that need something for the winter months and then those that park up for those months.

I bought my Kodiak at a dealership, gave them my Costco card number and they took the $300 off the price. I also got to barter for the price with a warn winch and hand warmers installed. I'm in Canada so there is not a lot of wiggle room with the state of the Canadian Dollar compared to the US dollar. If I was an American living in a northern state I would come up to Canada to buy. Just the conversion of the dollar you save a lot! The only difference between the machines is the ones sold in Canada have reflectors put on them. I paid $10,300 Canadian for a 2016 Kodiak SE with a Warn Winch and Hand Warmers. Plus Tax of course. However that's only $7800 US after exchange.
