I use the clutch wet slug kit to lock it up sooner and save wear and tear on the clutch, but the trails I run are often tight and slow so I run in low quite a bit.
On gravel roads it's always in high.
My area has alot of hills, some very steep. In winter deep snow and in spring everything is flooded and turnes into a swamp. Also a good amount of tight twisty trails. I use Low range often enough, probably atleast 25% of the time.
