My 2016 kodiak radiator fan is almost constantly running. I have enough fluid in the radiator and it’s not over heating but it seems like the fan is running too much. Is this normal

As long as you are not overheating it sounds normal.

When I am riding in Arizona at this time of year mine is cycling on and off all the time

When I installed a fuel tuner the wife 16 and my 17 , the fan quit running so much. These machines run so lean in factory trim.

Try to really FLUSH the rad and make sure it is truly clean. Mud/dirt will build up and sort of harden between the fins and is difficult to see. Soak the rad, wait a few minutes do it again, then wait and spray it out with a little pressure (not a pressure washer).
