I'm new here, and I really hope I can get some help. I registered here and then realized it was all 700's. If I'm in the wrong place let me know and I won't post here anymore
My issue is I just picked up a 2001 Yamaha Kodiak 400 with the automatic and 4x4.
When I ride it I hear a weird noise. At first I thought something was loose and clanging around but I couldn't find anything.
Its like a pinging noise of metal hitting something. I hear it more so on the right side of the 4 wheeler and I thought maybe it was a ujoint but not 100% sure. Has anyone else had this problem?
With the ATV in park i can rock it back and forth and I can hear a noise but I'm not sure if it's because it's in park or not. I can't hear it if i rock it in neutral.
