To note, you guys will want to carry an extra fuse JUST IN CASE, that's if there isn't already a spare fuse or fuses provided on the inside of the case of the fuse box.

Would hate to be on the job, and have a trip to the local auto parts store take up an hour or two of my time.

only if you're running something you shouldn't. blown fuses aren't common if you're within normal load...
