Unfortunately the state I live in maryland, doesn't have much to offer in the way of trails
But there are some trails up in Pennsylvania I may try

Welcome to the site. There are a lot of great people on here, so if you have any questions ask away.

A couple of ideas for you. If you would like to do some upgrades to your machine such as CV boot guards, 2 inch receiver hitch or other bolt on parts and want to keep it factory just get the parts for a upgraded Kodiak. You can order them online or from your dealer and install them yourself.

Have you decided on what plow to put yet?

I have the Warn ProVantage with the front mount which doesn't cut down on clearance along with the 3500 lb winch to raise and lower it. But it you only plan on the easier type of trails then the mid mount would work.

Also before you take it out to a different state check the rules and regulations for ATV's in that state as for registration requirements.

I second on the Warn Provantage plow with the quick release front mount.
It's a very nice setup!
They even have a front end loading bucket kit for the plow.
