Carburetor technical part name identification

I'm having a heck of a time trying to track down the specific part(s) needed to remedy a stuck throttle cable pulley on my carb. Between not finding the technical name used by the industry and not knowing whether or not it's replaceable, I've been stuck for a couple days. I call it the throttle cable pulley but I don't know if that's the correct term when looking for replacement parts. Or, maybe it's not replaceable on its own and a whole new carb is needed? Personally I think it's nothing more than the spring. Attached is a photo of exactly what I'm referencing. Thanks in advance for your help.

You would have to go with a whole new/rebuilt carburetor unless you can find someone that has what you need in a junk parts bin.

The year and model of your machine would help.

2016 Kodiak 700 base model with a few SE parts CV boot guards, receiver hitch, Grizzly bars. Trail Tech Striker speedometer/voltmeter. 501 Parts Electric Grabber locking diff

I don't know what that carb cost, and availability, but there are lots of closet carb guys (most over 60) around and they can work wonders on things like this. Good luck!

Sorry for the late reply. I was away from a PC for a few days and this site isn't very friendly on the phone.
It's on a 2003 Kodiak 400. I find it odd that a spring mechanism prone to wear can't be replaced but I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace the whole carb.

I have found that if there is a cable inside a sheath such as the throttle cable here that if there is any dirt inside it can cause it to stick. I have even seen some where there is very little lube inside of the sheath to help the cable slide back and forth.

You might want to see if you can get some lube into it or some graphite onto the cable.
