According to my service manual code 13 is intake air pressure sensor open or shorted.
Code 21 is Coolant temperature sensor open or short circuit detected.
Interesting! Please clarify that this is a Kodiak? What year is it? Then please describe what you see when these codes flash? Is it one at a time, for a few seconds or both at the same time?
The code descriptions I gave above were from a 2016-2017 Kodiak 700 service manual. I would think Yamaha has standardized codes for all their Kodiak & Grizzlies but you never know.
I would assume the 18 is the same, thanks for the info. Also when you work on solving the issue that caused the codes, please let us know what it took or how you resolved it, and how you cleared the codes.
Wow, I had no idea, I need to read my book, I will maybe learn a bunch. Thanks for the follow up! Any luck on solving the issues. Do those codes clear themselves?
Ofcourse this is raptor. But when my kodiak started flashing it was 46. Which is charging. And that did line up with the fact that my battery was dying
What year and model of the Kodiak are you pulling the codes for?
I looked at my service manual for my 2016 and it does not say a thing about counting the flashes but only references the Yamaha code reader for my year and model.
I have area code 1 does anyone know what that code that is
